Red is a color
Red. Red is only one word and one syllable but, there is much more than one interpretation of "red." On the electromagnetic spectrum it is the color of light between 620 and 740 nm. The color of tomatoes, strawberries, and blood. We associate the color red with anger, love, passion, communism, China, Christmas, and fire. It's one of the "primary colors." In English, it's an adjective. For only being one little, three letter, word isn't it sort of amazing that so much spirals off of it and goes into it?
