Up, Up, and Away
You can blow it up with your mouth or with helium, they’re
fun to hit back and forth, you can carry it around on the string, kick it like
a soccer ball, sit on it and pop it. But, the best part of a balloon is
watching it float away. You can let go and watch it float to the ceiling or let
go outside and watch the wind take it and carry it away. The latter was our
choice of entertainment today and I’ve never seen so much excitement. It’s like
letting go of something you’ve been hanging on to too long. It’s amazing to
watch it just disappear.
